常见问题

1. 为什么没有看到健康数据？

  • 请确认设备支持 HealthKit
  • 请确认你已在系统中授权 MTR Health 读取健康数据
  • 可在 App 内重新刷新健康趋势

2. 为什么 iCloud 没有恢复成功？

  • 请确认当前设备登录的是同一个 Apple ID
  • 请确认 iCloud 与对应容器权限已开启
  • 请确认旧设备已经完成同步
  • 可在 App 的设置中手动触发云端恢复

3. 可以导入哪些文件？

  • 医疗照片
  • 扫描页
  • PDF 检查报告

4. OCR 识别不完整怎么办？

  • 尽量使用清晰、无遮挡、对焦准确的图片
  • 对多页报告分多张导入
  • 可复制识别结果后手动补充到记录

Frequently asked questions

1. Why don't I see Health data?

  • Make sure your device supports HealthKit
  • Make sure MTR Health has permission to read the health data you selected
  • Refresh health trends again inside the app

2. Why didn't iCloud restore work?

  • Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple ID
  • Make sure iCloud and the app's container permissions are enabled
  • Make sure sync finished on the previous device
  • Use the manual restore action inside Settings

3. What can I import?

  • Medical photos
  • Scanned pages
  • PDF exam reports

4. What if OCR is incomplete?

  • Use clear, well-focused images with good contrast
  • Import multi-page reports page by page when needed
  • Copy the recognized text and add details manually if necessary
