本政策说明你在使用 MTR Health 时，相关数据如何被存储、同步与分享。
1. 我们是谁
MTR Health 是一款用于个人健康与就医记录整理的应用，帮助你整理就诊、体检、用药、过敏史和健康趋势。
2. 我们处理哪些数据
- 就诊记录、体检记录、诊断、医生建议、用药记录、过敏史、慢性病史、遗传病史
- 你主动导入的图片、扫描页、PDF 报告和其他医疗附件
- 你主动录入的费用、备注和多成员档案名称
- 你授权后读取的 HealthKit 健康数据摘要，例如步数、睡眠、心率或血氧
- 你主动通过系统分享或邮件反馈发送的日志与导出文件
3. 数据存储方式
- 默认情况下，记录保存在你的设备本地。
- 如果你启用 iCloud，同步通过 Apple CloudKit 私有数据库在你的 Apple 账户下完成。
- MTR Health 当前版本不把你的医疗记录上传到开发者自建服务器。
4. 相机、照片与 OCR
- 相机权限仅用于拍摄或扫描医疗资料。
- 相册权限仅用于选择你要导入的图片。
- OCR 文字识别用于从医疗材料中提取文本，帮助你整理记录。
5. HealthKit
- HealthKit 接入是可选的。
- 只有在你明确授权后，MTR Health 才会读取被允许的健康数据。
- 当前版本中的 HealthKit 数据主要用于应用内展示与趋势查看。
6. 分享与导出
- 你可以主动通过 AirDrop、系统分享面板、邮件或二维码分享部分资料。
- 这些分享行为由你手动触发。
- 在你没有主动分享之前，应用不会把这些内容发送给第三方。
7. 广告、跟踪与第三方分析
- MTR Health 不包含广告 SDK。
- MTR Health 不进行跨 App 或跨网站跟踪。
- MTR Health 当前版本不接入第三方统计或归因 SDK。
8. 你的控制权
你可以在应用中修改或删除记录、清空本地数据、删除本地与云端数据、关闭实时 iCloud 同步，以及撤销 HealthKit、相机、照片与通知权限。
9. 儿童与医疗声明
MTR Health 不提供医疗建议、诊断或治疗方案。请勿把本应用内容作为唯一医疗依据。紧急情况请立即联系医疗机构或当地急救服务。

This policy explains how data is stored, synced, and shared when you use MTR Health.
1. Who we are
MTR Health is a personal health and medical record app that helps you organize visits, exams, medications, allergy history, and health trends.
2. Data the app may process
- Visit records, exam records, diagnoses, doctor's advice, medications, allergy history, chronic conditions, and genetic history
- Images, scanned pages, PDF reports, and other medical attachments that you choose to import
- Costs, notes, and member profile names that you choose to enter
- HealthKit summary data you authorize the app to read, such as steps, sleep, heart rate, or blood oxygen
- Logs and exported files that you choose to send through system sharing or email feedback
3. How data is stored
- By default, records are stored locally on your device.
- If you enable iCloud, sync runs through Apple's private CloudKit storage under your Apple account.
- The current version of MTR Health does not upload your medical records to developer-hosted servers.
4. Camera, Photos, and OCR
- Camera access is used only to capture or scan medical documents.
- Photo Library access is used only to import images you choose.
- OCR is used to extract text from medical materials to help organize your records.
5. HealthKit
- HealthKit integration is optional.
- MTR Health reads health data only after you explicitly authorize access.
- In the current release, HealthKit data is used for in-app display and trend viewing.
6. Sharing and export
- You may choose to share selected information through AirDrop, the system share sheet, email, or QR code.
- These actions are initiated by you.
- The app does not send this content to third parties unless you choose to share it.
7. Ads, tracking, and third-party analytics
- MTR Health does not include advertising SDKs.
- MTR Health does not track you across apps or websites.
- The current release does not include third-party analytics or attribution SDKs.
8. Your controls
Inside the app, you can edit or delete records, clear local data, clear local and cloud data, disable real-time iCloud sync, and revoke HealthKit, camera, photo, and notification permissions.

MTR Health does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely on the app as your sole basis for medical decisions. In an emergency, contact a medical professional or local emergency services immediately.
